Performance Management is an intensive three day MBA level management skill enhancement program. The curriculum consists of a three day advanced management education with one day dedicated to organizational behavior and management skills training, one day dedicated to corporate finance and accounting and one day dedicated to management legal issues.
Performance Management is conducted in a one-on-one educational environment designed for high potential management employees who do not have a formal business management education. Because of the intensive one-on-one learning environment class size is limited to 10 matched participants.
Performance Management is scheduled in Las Vegas, Nevada and Jackson, Wyoming.
